The Advanced System was designed to accept a deeper double glazed unit over the Heritage System. A decorative bronze beading secures the glass in place, resulting in a particularly attractive profile when viewed from the outside.
The Advanced System can be fitted with either a traditional or contemporary shaped bead. This choice allows greater compatibility to the architectural design of your project.

The tests below are carried out on side-hung outward opening windows measuring 1650mm x 600mm and are tested excluding any additional security features.

When incorporating a genuine Georgian bar add 0.4 to the U-value.
U-values calculated in accordance with BS EN iso 10077-1:2006 based upon a single fixed light sample 1230mm x 1480mm and a single opening light sample 1230mm x 1480mm. Inclusion of glaze bars, trickle ventilation or equal leg will affect performance.
Tested with scroll handles, plain back plates, manor stays and Part Q casement locks. Below test carried out on windows measuring maximum 650mm x 1700mm.
